It is the responsibility of all Travelers to pursue the place and purpose of the People and of the Individual in the settlement and beyond.

Declaration One.

In all instances of the decrees laid out by the leaders of the People and of the Arc upon the Travelers and upon themselves, preservation of humanity takes precedent.
